We take our award-winning organic maple syrup and age it in a recently emptied Kentucky bourbon barrel. By aging the syrup in a bourbon barrel, you will discover hints of vanilla, butterscotch, oak and bourbon. The process takes time and patience but is well worth the wait.
We love our Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup on ice cream, waffles, pancakes and oatmeal. We enjoy it in our coffee, sparkling water and cocktails. We also love to use it in our BBQ sauce and when grilling meats and vegetables.
Our syrup is locally produced in the beautiful Sawtooth Mountains off Lake Superior in Lutsen Minnesota. We care deeply about the environment and our syrup is harvested without chemicals and by using sustainable practices. We produce and package our syrup with love and you can taste the difference!
